A government agency affiliated with the Energy Ministry announced Friday a call for bids to install a solar photovoltaic system at Casino du Liban.
“As part of the national plan launched by the Energy and Water Ministry to install solar photovoltaic systems on the rooftops of 10 public buildings, a new request for proposals (RFP) is now online,” the Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation announced on its official Twitter account.
LCEC said the deadline for submitting offers is July 31 at 2 p.m.
“The RFP is to procure a solar photovoltaic system with a capacity of 300 kilowatts to be installed at Casino du Liban,” it said in another tweet.
LCEC added that two other tenders for another two projects will be launched during the International Beirut Energy Forum later this year.
